General Refund Policy – 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund—no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these standards would not be accepted for refund.

  • A proof of purchase is required.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Returns must reach our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier.


What’s Non-Refundable

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. These costs will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses are not eligible for refunds.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

  • Expedited shipping or insurance fees cannot be refunded.


Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any non-refundable costs.


Customer Remorse Returns
If you ordered the wrong product, changed your mind, or wish to exchange it, you're welcome to return the item. In this case, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at contact@natureglowoils.com. Be sure to include your order number and detailed photos or videos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement. Please note: we are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier.


Starting a Return
To begin your return, please visit our returns portal or email contact@tnatureglowoils.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Order Cancellations
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may cancel it for a full refund. Once it’s been dispatched, it cannot be changed or canceled. For delivered but unused items, our standard 30-day return window applies.
